Daren and Francis first met working on the Hotels.com app. Some of the challenges with the project were the gigantic nature of the data involved, working with financial transactions and building an app that not only looked great, but was easy to use and was obvious to a user that had previously used the website to book hotels.
Hotels.com is seen by many as the hardest gig to get in London! their interview process is a three stage affair, and on this occasion Daren was vetted by his junior Francis. Obviously Daren got the position and the rest is history.
